1) Ensure the RS485 port is correctly connected. 

  Connect the PTZ camera's + (A) port to the device's TRX+ (OUT) port, and the PTZ camera's - (B) port to the device's TRX- (OUT) port. 


2) Check the protocol, camera ID, and transmission speed settings in Menu > Camera > PTZ. 

 


Cause 1) The RS485 port is not correctly connected. 

Solution 1) Connect the PTZ camera's + (A) port to the device's TRX+ (OUT) port, and the PTZ camera's - (B) port to the device's TRX- (OUT) port. 


Solution 2) In [Camera]-[PTZ], the settings for the protocol, camera ID, and transmission speed are incorrect. 

Solution 2) Ensure that you set the protocol, camera ID, and transmission speed in [Camera]-[PTZ] correctly.  


Go to Menu > Others > Screen Display Settings and set the Camera Name to ON. 


Cause 1) In [Menu]-[Others]-[Screen Display Settings], [Camera Name] is set to OFF. 

Solution 1) Go to [Menu]-[Others]-[Screen Display Settings] and set the [Camera Name] to ON. 

This phenomenon arises when the LED fluorescent lamp and the camera frequency bandwidth are the same.

It is called flicker.  To address this issue, 

it is recommended to replace the current camera with a varifocal lens camera.

1) FAT32 is used when formatting the recording.  Format the USB to FAT32

  

2) If you lack backup privileges or have entered an incorrect password, 

log in as a user with the appropriate privileges.


3) When the USB memory is not inserted, insert the USB memory. 


4) In case of USB storage backup failure, 

you can only back up data within 1 hour after choosing the Flash type or External HDD method.


Cause 1) You lack backup privileges or have entered an incorrect password. 

Solution 1) Log in as a user with the appropriate privileges (Menu-Settings-System-User Registration-User Modification). 


Cause 2) There is no video data available within the backup range. 

Solution 2) Set the backup range again (Ensure that you check the settings of the time list). 


Cause 3) The USB memory is not inserted. 

Solution 3) Insert the USB memory.  


Cause 4) HDD is not recognized.  

Solution 4) Format method (It is recommend to format to FAT32)  


Cause 5) The USB storage backup has failed. 

Solution 5) You can only back up data within 1 hour after choosing the Flash type or External HDD method.  

1) If the recorder is equipped with an Embedded Linux operating system, 

  it is necessary to install the Ext FS program on Windows. After installation, you can use the program to check the video files.


2) When connecting a 3TB or larger HDD, make sure to connect to the SATA port, not a USB external disk. 

  

3) When connecting an HDD to a Windows PC using a USB external disk, only HDDs with a capacity of 2TB or less are supported.

2) When connecting a 3TB or larger HDD, make sure to connect to the SATA port, not a USB external disk.

Event log data can be stored for an extended period due to its small size and separate storage from recorded data.  



If the 5M camera is not connected,

go to Menu > Settings > System > Operation Method > Camera Resolution Settings.


Cause 1) The 5M camera is not connected.  

Solution 1) [Menu]-[Settings]-[System]-[Operation Method]-[Camera Resolution Settings]  

1) Connect the speaker to the monitor (with speaker control) + HDMI + NVR (audio OUT port (RCE)) 

=> Go to Smartphone > Speech Function > Two-way Function Control.


2) Connect the speaker to the monitor (without speaker control; Connect a microphone to the microphone jack) + HDMI + NVR

(audio OUT port (RCE))  => Go to Smartphone > 

Speech Function > Two-way Function Control.

*Inquiries related to the adjustment of dB in a speaker amplifier => Some products have not undergone testing.

1) Connect the speaker to the monitor (with speaker control) + HDMI + NVR (audio OUT port (RCE)) => Go to Smartphone > Speech Function > Two-way Function Control. 

2) Connect the speaker to the monitor (without speaker control; Connect a microphone to the microphone jack) + HDMI + NVR (audio OUT port (RCE)) => Go to Smartphone > Speech Function > Two-way Function Control.

Menu > Settings > Network > Bandwidth > 5. Live Audio Transmission Settings > Save  

Typically, when outputting through HDMI, an SDI to HDMI converter adjusts the output to 60 fps. 

 

1) Connecting an RCA cable and a DC power cable may result in the occurrence of rainbow noise.

   (It is normal for the coaxial cable and the power cable to be connected together.) 

   Cables such as TVI and AHD cannot be connected. /  Impedance matching is not possible, leaving no viable solution. 

   (It is recommended to use the minimum recommended specification video, power cables, a 75 ohm composite cable and a 5C cable.)

   (In the case of ktt, it is advised to use a composite cable with a length of approximately 70 meters.) 


2) Rainbow noise image (The result of using a 1-meter connecting cable / image displaying tailing and rainbow noise.)  



1) Menu > Settings > System > Upgrade/Logo Backup > Save 

2) The file format is JPEG (D1/ 720*480). / BMP format for default firmware file.
